At Nemito, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order shortly after placing it. Our Cancellation Policy outlines when cancellations are allowed, how to request one, and what happens if an order can no longer be cancelled. By purchasing from Nemito.com, customers agree to the terms described below.

2. Cancellation Eligibility Window

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

The 24-hour window begins immediately after checkout.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing or shipping stages, making cancellation no longer possible.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used during checkout
  • A clear request stating that you want to cancel the order

Our customer support team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is still possible.

Please note:
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee approval. We must first check whether the order is still within the cancellable timeframe.

4. When Cancellations Cannot Be Processed

Nemito cannot cancel an order if:

  • The 24-hour cancellation window has passed
  • The order has already begun processing
  • The order has been shipped or handed to the carrier
  • The item is a special-order product that began preparation immediately

Once a package has shipped, it is not possible to intercept or cancel the delivery.

In such cases, customers may wait for the package to arrive and then submit a Return Request (if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy).
Return shipping costs will apply for customer-initiated returns.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible window:

  • The order will be cancelled immediately
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

No cancellation fees are applied.

If a cancellation request is denied because the order has already entered processing or shipping, customers may follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

6. Modifications Instead of Cancellations

Some customers may wish to modify their order instead of cancelling it.
Modifications may include:

  • Changing item variants (color, size, design)
  • Updating the shipping address
  • Adding or removing items

Please note:

  • All modifications must be requested within the same 24-hour window
  • Once the order has begun processing, no changes can be made
  • If a modification is not possible, you may cancel the order (if still within the eligible timeframe) and place a new order

Nemito cannot guarantee modification approval if the order is already being prepared.

7. Orders Cancelled by Nemito

In rare situations, Nemito may cancel an order automatically due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Inventory issues or product unavailability
  • Any violation of store policies

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

8. Digital Confirmation

Once your order cancellation has been processed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email stating that the order has been successfully cancelled
  • A notification that your refund has been initiated (if applicable)

If you do not receive a confirmation, your order may still be active.
Please double-check with us before assuming the cancellation is complete.
