5. Orders and Acceptance

Order Cancellation

After 24 hours, orders may enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled; customers may follow the Return Policy after delivery.

6. Payment

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars through authorized payment providers.
Nemito accepts major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.
Payment information is securely processed via third-party providers; Nemito does not store full credit card details.

7. Shipping

Nemito ships within the United States only. Shipping terms are as follows:

Processing: 2–5 business days
Standard Shipping: $7.99 under $149
Free Shipping: orders $149 or more
Delivery: 7–12 business days via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or YunExpress
Customers must provide accurate shipping information

Shipping may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or remote locations. Nemito is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered to the correct address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Nemito allows returns within 15 days from delivery tracking confirmation. Items must be:

Unopened and unused
In original packaging
Sealed and complete with all accessories

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Nemito. Partial or denied refunds may apply for non-compliant items.

9. Product Restrictions

Certain items are non-returnable or final sale:

Customized or personalized products
Items used, opened, or damaged
Clearance or marked final sale products
